Shipping

Maddog-Trains BV works with a specialized logistic services party in order to get your parcel to you in a safe and cost-effective manner. We ship worldwide and are confident that we offer very competitive shipping rates to our customers. In some cases we can even offer you free shipping.

In principal we ship weekly (Thursday) to keep shipping fees as low as possible. In busy periodes we also ship on Monday. If your parcel needs to be shipped urgently let us know, in order for us to provide faster shipping (will involve some extra shipping fees).

Please do note that our "Priority parcel" rate is without track and trace. We can provide a "proof of shipping" but in case the parcel is late or lost, Priority does not allow for tracking your parcel. We strongly recommend you use Plus (or Registered for outside EU) for high-value parcels.
